Pemetrexed Injection 100MG is an antifolate drug, used to treat certain types of cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer, mesothelioma, and some types of ovarian, breast, and head and neck cancer. Pemetrexed Injection 100MG works by blocking the action of enzymes that help cancer cells grow. It is usually given in combination with other cancer medications, such as cisplatin or carboplatin. Pemetrexed Injection 100MG is administered intravenously (into a vein). Common side effects of Pemetrexed Injection 100MG include fatigue, nausea, anemia, and low white blood cell counts.
